Bachelor of Engineering in Taiyuan University of Technology (1986), Master of Law in Beijing Normal University (1995), PhD of Law in China University of Political Science and Law (2008). Former deputy chief of Judicial Assistance Division of Foreign Affairs Department of The Supreme People’s Procuratorate (2000-2002). Former chief of Audio & Visual Center, former chief of Administration Department, and former chief of Editorial Department, of Chinese Procuratorial Press of The Supreme People’s Procuratorate (2002-2008). Post-doctor in Intellectual Property Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (2008-2010). Visiting scholar in Law School of St. Mary's University in the U.S. (2011).
