Honors Received
1. In December 2006, the article "Methods for Resolving Infringement Disputes with No Fault Liability of Both Parties" won the third prize at the 18th Academic Symposium of the Liaoning Provincial Court System
2. In January 2007, the civil judgment [2006] Shen Min Si Zhi Chu Zi No. 60 was drafted and won the Excellent Award in the first National Excellent Legal Document Evaluation organized by the China Law Society
3. In December 2007, "The System of Unfair Enrichment and Civil Judicial Remedies for Intellectual Property Rights" won the third prize at the 19th National Academic Symposium on the Court System hosted by the Supreme People's Court
