1. Overview

    In recent years, the Education Base for Students’ Cultural Quality and All-around Development (or the Base) has adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implemented the Party’s educational guidelines, and carried out the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. The Base has made every effort to enhance students’ cultural literacy, promote and practice the core socialist values, and integrate cultural quality education throughout teaching, research, and academic activities. These efforts have yielded significant educational outcomes and are dedicated to cultivating well-rounded socialist builders and successors equipped with moral integrity, intellectual ability, physical vigor, aesthetic sensibility, and practical skills.

2. Major Academic Activities and Achievements

Academic Reports and Lecture Series

    On December 22, 2024, faculty members participated in the Third National Youth Symposium on Art Theory, co-hosted by the China Artists Association and the School of Fine Arts of Hunan Normal University.

Participation in the Annual Conference of the Science and Technology Archaeology Committee of the Chinese Society for the History of Science and Technology and the 16th National Conference on Science and Technology Archaeology.

Academic Collaboration

    In January 2025, served as Executive Curator for the exhibition “The Year of the Snake: Zodiac Multiple Art Exhibition” held at the NEEDART Space, Wangjing.

Talent Cultivation

    Guided students to win the First Prize (Team Category) in the 2019 Beijing College Students’ Humanities Knowledge Competition.
