On April 18, 2025, Professor Zhang Jianwei, Dean of the College of Humanities and Law, led a delegation to visit China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI) and China EPRI Science & Technology Co., Ltd. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Xu Longze, General Manager and Deputy Party Secretary of CEPRI, and Mr. Fu Yu, Deputy Manager of the General Office. Vice Dean Zheng Yanyang and faculty member Jia Qiyang from the college accompanied the visit.

During the visit, Dean Zhang Jianwei had in-depth discussions with the management team at CEPRI on two major topics: internship and employment opportunities for students, and university-industry research collaboration. He particularly recommended students from the college's English Department for internship and employment opportunities at CEPRI.

Mr. Fu Yu introduced the company’s development progress and talent needs and guided the delegation through CEPRI's production workshop and simulation laboratory. Both parties expressed mutual interest in establishing a long-term, comprehensive cooperative relationship.

This visit strengthened mutual understanding and laid a strong foundation for future collaboration, including the establishment of an internship base, the provision of skill-matched talent, and the integration of academic research and industry development.
