Research Interests

International economic law, bankruptcy law and cross-border insolvency, digital economy law, and data governance. Research focuses on cutting-edge issues including cross-border insolvency, the extraterritorial application of bankruptcy avoidance provisions, and the legal recognition of rights in data assets.

International Economic Law; Economic Law; Bankruptcy Law; Antitrust Law; Digital Economy Law and Data Governance; Legal English. English-medium and bilingual law courses are available.
