Academic and Work Experience:

She studied at Southwest University of political science and law, Renmin University of China, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Freiburg University in Germany. She has obtained bachelor's, master's and doctor's degrees, and then engaged in post doctoral research at the post doctoral mobile station of Law School of Renmin University of China. She has won the scholarship for doctoral program of German Academic Exchange Service and China Scholarship Council, and went to the Law School of Freiburg University in Germany for jointly train doctors.She is director of the Securities Law Research Association of the China Law Society.
